Property blueprints for Epstein's personal tropical island included in the photographs.
Also featured in this recent document drop appears to be a site plan for Great St James island, found in the US Virgin Islands.
The financier acquired a smaller island - the Little St James - originally in 1998, but subsequently obtained the more expansive Great St James in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
These photos indicate he had created ambitious plans to develop the 161-acre island by building living quarters, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a reservoir.
Visible on the blueprint is a local waterway, a waterway in the territory, marked on the bottom right.
This development map is annotated in notations in red and includes a legend identifying different sections of the estate.
Accompanying this are what look to be nine other site drawings and construction drawings, featuring layouts for dock shelters.
Further materials disclosed as part of the current investigative process.
